On January 9-10 , the on-site verification meeting of “Live Working Operation Specifications for the Commissioning and Decommissioning of Mobile Power Supply Vehicles in Distribution Networks” was held at Handler Company. Xiao Kun, Chairman of the Live Working Committee, Zhang Yong, Secretary-General, and relevant leaders, experts, and colleagues from the national power industry gathered together to discuss the formulation of the first domestic working method standard for power supply vehicles.
In order to standardize on-site construction and operation processes, reduce safety risks, and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, the Live Working Expert Working Committee has previously launched the solicitation of members for the compilation of the “Live Working Operation Specifications for Distribution Network Mobile Power Vehicle Commissioning and Decommissioning” standard and held a kick-off meeting. This on-site verification meeting will further improve the work on the series of standards for the method.
Handler attaches great importance to the verification of the mobile power vehicle decommissioning standards. It has specially formed a professional team composed of senior technicians and managers to strictly follow the relevant work processes, accurately and efficiently promote each link, and provide technical support for the successful completion of this verification meeting.
At the meeting, Xiao Kun, chairman of the Live Working Committee, delivered a speech, and Zhang Yong, secretary general of the Live Working Committee, introduced the purpose and significance of the verification of the working method. Yin Yaping, general manager of Handler, said in his speech that the company regards participation in standard formulation as the primary task of enterprise technological progress, and will actively take the responsibility of participating in the formulation of group standards. In the future, the company will establish a perfect feedback mechanism, timely collect and organize various data and feedback opinions during the use of mobile power vehicles, continuously optimize the work process and improve service quality, and contribute to the healthy development of the industry with a benchmark attitude.
Up to now, Handler has participated in the formulation of 6 national standards, of which 3 were led; participated in the formulation of 5 industry standards, of which 3 were led; and led the formulation of 3 group standards.

During the meeting, experts conducted on-site verification of the low-voltage typical power generation mode operation method and the medium-voltage typical power generation mode operation method. Based on the discussion, they clarified the division of labor for the revision task and the specific arrangements for the next work.
