At 9:30 am on January 18, 2025, the 2025 Supplier Annual Meeting of Xuzhou Handler Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. was grandly held at the Xuzhou Hilton Hampton Hotel. Representatives of major suppliers from all over the country and leaders and colleagues of Handler gathered together to review and summarize the cooperation achievements in 2024 and look forward to the strategic planning and cooperation goals for 2025.
The meeting was chaired by the company’s deputy general manager Cao Zhonghua, and the theme of the meeting was: Go hand in hand to build a strong supply chain; Dream forward and draw a blueprint for development. Handler Chairman Ding Bo, General Manager Yin Yaping and other senior executives, heads of relevant departments, and technical experts from various product lines attended the meeting.
At this supplier annual meeting, Hu Deming, director of the R&D department, gave an introduction to “Product R&D in 2024 and Product Development Direction in 2025”; Dong Min, deputy director of quality, gave a summary of quality in 2024 and quality requirements in 2025; and Du Cheng, director of the Planning and Supply Department, gave a summary of procurement work in 2024 and supply chain work requirements in 2025.
During the meeting, participating suppliers came on stage and signed the “2025 Supplier Quality Service Assurance Agreement” and the “2025 Supply Framework Agreement”.
This conference commended some suppliers by presenting them with the Cooperation Rising Star Award, Excellent Quality Award, Excellent Supporting Award, and Excellent Supplier Award.
At the end of the meeting, the company’s general manager Yin Yaping made an important speech. General Manager Yin first expressed his gratitude to all suppliers for their support and cooperation in 2024. The excellent results achieved by Handler in 2024 are inseparable from the concerted efforts and cooperation of the participating suppliers. At the same time, General Manager Yin put forward the following requirements for the supply chain work in 2025 based on the problems encountered in the supply process in 2024: 1. Strengthen the order fulfillment rate and establish a reward and punishment system for timely supply. 2. Increase the training of the second and third suppliers, and vigorously promote the development and use of the second supply in 2025. 3. Improve the standardization of supply chain contracts and use standard contracts to speed up business efficiency. 4. All suppliers cooperate with the lean supply chain coaching and the launch of the intelligent manufacturing system to systematically improve the information and digital supporting capabilities of the supply chain.
After the luncheon, the 2025 Supplier Annual Meeting ended successfully in a pleasant and warm atmosphere. The participating suppliers said that they could truly feel the breakthrough and development of Handler in 2024, and they would follow Handler’s development in 2025, complete the planned delivery on schedule, and fully support the completion of Handler’s goals in 2025 with high-quality products and efficient services!
